More About Me

I have honed my craft during an 18-year career with McKinsey & Company and 7 years in HR consulting as a specialist in human analytics and knowledge management to support consultants as they served clients and realized internal transformations. At  Scotiabank, I employ a sophisticated analytical ability to combine multiple sources of HR data to uncover hidden insights and provide focus for decision makers across the enterprise for 89,000 employees in 50+ countries. While at Thomson Reuters, I developed new approaches to understanding talent data. 

 

I am driven to understand employees – what they really think, how they work together, what they need to do their jobs well. And then I deliver innovations to help them do their jobs better, faster, smarter.
